आणि 

ग्रंथ प्रदर्शन

सामजिक समता सप्ताह निमित्त आज दि. १४ एप्रिल २०१६ रोजी "डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर" यांची १२५ वी जयंती साजरी करण्यात आली. याप्रसंगी विद्यार्थी, प्राध्यापक व शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचारी उपस्थित होते. सामजिक समता सप्ताहाचे औचित्य साधून महात्मा फुले आणि डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी लिहिलेले आणि त्यांच्यावर लिहिले गेलेले वाचन साहित्य (94 पुस्तके, वर्तमानपत्र कात्रणे, इ.) ग्रंथ प्रदर्शनामध्ये ठेवण्यात आले. याप्रसंगी विद्यार्थी, प्राध्यापक व शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचारी यांनी ग्रंथ प्रदर्शनास भेटी दिल्या.

सामजिक समता सप्ताह निमित्त "महात्मा जोतिराव फुले" जयंती कर्यक्रम ग्रंथालयात करण्यात आला. याप्रसंगी विद्यार्थी, प्राध्यापक व शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचारी उपस्थित होते. सामजिक समता सप्ताहाचे औचित्य साधून महात्मा फुले आणि डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी लिहिलेले आणि त्यांच्यावर लिहिले गेलेले वाचन साहित्य (94 पुस्तके, वर्तमानपत्र कात्रणे, इ.) ग्रंथ प्रदर्शनामध्ये ठेवण्यात आले. याप्रसंगी विद्यार्थी, प्राध्यापक व शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचारी यांनी ग्रंथ प्रदर्शनास भेटी दिल्या.

The Shahid Din, the death anniversary was observed in our college library. Many Students and staff members were present on the occasion.

         A book exhibition on this occasion was arranged. Book written on Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru were exhibited for readers.

       Prin. Dr. K. G. Nimbalkar  garlanded the photographs of Shahid Bhagatsingh, Sukhdev and Rajguru.

               23rd of March is also declared as the martyrs day in India to remember the sacrifice and pay homage to the Bhagat Singh, Shivaram Rajguru and Sukhdev Thapar. Bhagat Singh, Shivaram Rajguru and Sukhdev Thapar were fought for India against the British rule for independence.

         Bhagat Singh, a well-known freedom fighter in the history of India, was born on 28th of September in 1907 in the Lyallpur, Punjab in the Sikh family. His father was the member of an organization called Ghadar Party working for the independence of India. Bhagat Singh together with his companions Rajguru, Azad, Sukhdev and Jai Gopal fought for the assassination of Lala Lajpat Rai. The daring adventures of Bhagat Singh have become a great inspiration for the youngsters of today.

              In the year 1929, on 8th of April he together with his companions threw bombs over the Central Legislative Assembly reading slogan “Inquilab Zindabad”. They charged with the murder and hanged at 7.30 pm in the Lahore jail on 23th of March in the year 1931. Their body was cremated at the banks of the Sutlej River. Now a day, a big Shaheedi Mela (Martyrdom fair) is held in the birthplace Ferozepur, at the National Martyrs Memorial in the Hussainiwala (Indo-Pak border).

103rd Birth Anniversary of Shri. Yashwantrao Balwantrao Chavan

Yashwantrao Balwantrao Chavan, also called Chavan saheb   (born March 12, 1913, Devrashtre, India—died November 25, 1984, New Delhi), Indian politician and government official who was prominent in the independence movement against British rule and became a senior leader of the Indian National Congress (Congress Party). He served as the third chief minister (head of government) of Bombay state in independent India (1956–60) and as the first chief minister of Maharashtra state (1960–62) after it had been formed from the larger entity.

आज सकाळी ठीक ९.०० वाजता यशवंतराव चव्हाण यांची १०३वी जयंती ग्रंथालयात साजरी करण्यात आली. यानिमित्ताने  यशवंतराव चव्हाण यांनी लिहिलेले आणि त्यांच्यावर लिहिली गेलेल्या पुस्तकांचे प्रदर्शन भरविण्यात आले. याप्रसंगी प्राध्यापक, शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचारी व विद्यार्थी उपस्थित होते.

पुस्तकालय  अनावरण कार्यक्रम

समारोह में उपस्थित अतिथि, प्राध्यापक वर्ग, शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचारी वर्ग और विद्यार्थी

             सोनुभाऊ बसवंत कला व वाणिज्य महाविद्यालय, शहापुर एवं हिंदुस्तानी प्रचार सभा, मुंबई द्वारा आयोजित “सोनुभाऊ बसवंत महाविद्यालय एवं हिंदुस्तानी प्रचार सभा पुस्तकालय” का उदघाटन समारोह दि. ०५/०३/२०१६ को प्रात: ११.०० बजे सम्पन्न हुआ। इस पुस्तकालय योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को पठन पाठन हेतु प्रेरित करना है। हिंदुस्तानी प्रचार सभा ने ग्रंथालय को पुस्तकें प्रदान की है जिसका लाभ अधिक से अधिक विद्यार्थी उठा सके। इस अवसर पर हिंदुस्तानी प्रचार सभा के ट्रस्टी व मानद सचिव श्री. फिरोज़ पैच प्रमुख अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित थे । इस कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता ज्ञानवर्धिनी संस्था की कार्यकारी समिति के अध्यक्ष श्री. महेन्द्रभाई वासा ने की। इस अवसर पर कार्यकारी समिति के उपाध्यक्ष श्री. विलासजी क्षीरसागर, विश्वस्त समिति के सचिव श्री. बालकृष्ण पाटील, कार्यकारी समिति के सचिव श्री. दिलीप भोपतराव, विश्वस्त समिति के सहसचिव श्री. राजेन्द्र भोपतराव, कार्यकारी समिति के सदस्य श्री. पांडुरंग विशे, हिंदुस्तानी प्रचार सभा की विशेष कार्य अधिकारी डॉ. सुशीला गुप्ता, शोध अधिकारी डॉ. रीता कुमार, पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष सुश्री. रोहिणी जाधव, प्रबंध समिति सदस्य श्री. प्रमोद देशपांडे, श्री. अब्बास एवं श्री. रईस, महाविद्यालय के पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष श्री. शहाजी वाघमोडे,  महाविद्यालय के सभी प्राध्यापक एवं शिक्षकेतर कर्मचारी भी उपस्थित थे।   

            प्रस्तुत कार्यक्रम का आरम्भ सरस्वती पूजन से हुआ। इस अवसर पर महाविद्यालय की छात्रा पौर्णिमा चौरे ने अपने सुमधुर स्वर में सरस्वती वंदना प्रस्तुत की। साथ ही अतिथियों के स्वागत के उपलक्ष्य में स्वागत गीत प्रस्तुत किया। इस अवसर पर आए हुए सभी अतिथियों को महाविद्यालय की ओर से शाल, श्रीफल एवं स्मृति-चिह्न देकर सम्मानित किया गया । हिंदुस्तानी प्रचार सभा की विशेष कार्य अधिकारी डॉ. सुशीला गुप्ता ने अपने प्रास्ताविकी में भाषा के महत्व को स्पष्ट करते हुए भाषा के माध्यम से मन की बात मन तक पहुँचने की महत्वपूर्ण बात कही। इसके उपरांत सभी अतिथियों के करकमलों द्वारा पुस्तकालय के नामकरण फ़लक का अनावरण किया गया। 

            कार्यकारी समिति के सचिव श्री. दिलीप भोपतराव ने हिंदुस्तानी प्रचार सभा के कार्य की सराहना करते हुए पुस्तकालय के लिए दी गयी सहायता लिए हिंदुस्तानी प्रचार सभा के प्रति आभार प्रकट किया। हिंदुस्तानी प्रचार सभा के प्रबंध समिति के सदस्य श्री. प्रमोद देशपांडे ने अपने वक्तव्य में भारतीय भाषाओं के परस्पर सम्बन्धों पर प्रकाश डाला । इस कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि हिंदुस्तानी प्रचार सभा के ट्रस्टी व मानद सचिव श्री. फिरोज़ पैच ने पुस्तकालय की उपयुक्तता पर बल दिया ।

            प्रस्तुत कार्यक्रम का सूत्र-संचालन हिन्दी विभाग के प्राध्यापक श्री संतोष गायकवाड ने किया तथा अंत में डॉ. अनिल सिंह ने उपस्थित सभी के प्रति आभार प्रकट किया । कार्यक्रम का समापन राष्ट्रगीत से हुआ।
